Reservation form is mandatory for all customers in order to ensure  that  we  have  complete  and  accurate  information regarding your party or event.

Deposit  is  mandatory  for  all  customers  unless  otherwise agreed upon.

IMPORTANT: Please do not pay deposit or fill out form until after you have CONTACTED US regarding your date and time.

Deposit - $50:

In order  to  secure your ideal date and time, we must have a deposit within a reasonable time period of our having come to an agreement (may  not  apply  to  corporate  or existing customers).

Refund for cancellation:

The  deposit  is  nonrefundable  if services  are  canceled  within  21 days of actual event.  The deposit may be applied to a future date & time if:  (a)  the  new  date/time  is in fact available, and (b) we did not decline any business while holding your date/time.

We will be happy to accommodate requests  for  modification,  even within  the 21-day time frame,  if this will not affect other bookings.

Booking Without a Deposit:

We  will  gladly  book  your  event without  a  deposit,  but  bear  in mind  that  there may  be a  slight possibility   that   you   could   be superseded  by  another  customer with a deposit.  We'll let you know right away if that  scenario  arises, and work with you on alternatives.

Corporate  clients  and  existing customers are usually not required to pay a deposit.
